HotelsMatched was built by travelers who were frustrated by one simple problem: booking a hotel shouldn't require opening twelve browser tabs, comparing prices manually across four different platforms, and still wondering if you got the best deal.
Our mission is to do that work for you. We compare hotel prices from the world's leading booking platforms — Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, and TripAdvisor — and surface the best available rate for every hotel, in every destination, every day. No fluff. No filler. Just the clearest, most honest comparison we can give you.
Every guide on this site is researched and written to help real travelers make smarter decisions. We look at price, location, recent reviews, amenities, and value — not just the commission rate a hotel pays us.
How HotelsMatched Works
We gather prices
Our system pulls live pricing from Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, and TripAdvisor for hundreds of thousands of hotels worldwide.
We compare and rank
We cross-reference prices, review scores, location ratings, and amenities to surface the best options at each price point. We don't just show the cheapest — we show the best value.
You book directly
When you click through to book, you go directly to the partner platform (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.). You get their price, their booking protection, and their customer service.
How We Make Money — Affiliate Disclosure
HotelsMatched is a free comparison service. We earn a small commission when you click through to a partner site (such as Booking.com or Expedia) and complete a hotel booking. This commission comes from the hotel booking platform, not from you — you pay exactly the same price whether you book through our links or go directly.
Our editorial recommendations are independent of our commercial relationships. We do not rank hotels higher because a platform pays us more. Our rankings are based on review scores, price-to-value ratio, and traveler feedback.
